Shipping policy

Your tracking code will be sent to the email associated with your order, once your order has been processed & shipped (2-3 days after placing your order)

When will my order arrive?

Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking code and your parcel will be shipped & delivered within 12-25 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

We do allow cancellations on orders that have not been shipped yet. So please be sure to cancel within 1-2 days. 

What if my parcel is damaged?

We will offer a replacement or full refund upon your request.
